How do I stop crickets in my bearded dragon’s cage from making noise?

The crickets won’t stop making noise.
I can’t sleep from it! I don’t have the guts to kill them..
do I have any options that involve not touching them?
i refuse to do that too.

class pet.. and i took him for the winter break..
totally not knowing there were crickets in his tank.
i’m going to see if somebody else in my family is brave enough to remove them!

Sorry, but adult crickets make noise and there is nothing you can do to stop them. Your dragon can stop them…by eating them. Otherwise you are stuck with the noise.

Next time you buy crickets, get smaller ones. Baby crickets don’t make noise. Also try meal worms as part of his diet. They are quiet too.
