Hello and Happy New Year. Their tastes vary, so experiment with kale, squash, romaine, string beans, dandelion and collared greens, carrot, yam and frozen vegetable mixes; avoid spinach. Mixing mealworms in with the salad may encourage the lizard to give it a try. Fruits should be avoided. For more on care and natural history info, please see my article Bearded Dragon Profile at http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/displayArticle.web?Filename=Bearded_Dragons.html.
Cricket diet is an important part of bearded dragon husbandry. Please see Prepared Diets for Crickets at http://blogs.thatpetplace.com/thatreptileblog/2008/12/05/prepared-diets-and-food-supplements-for-house-crickets-product-review/ for ideas and suggested products.
Good luck and enjoy!
