What do i need for a bearded dragon vivarium?
Can someone with experience at keeping bearded dragons please outline what i need
Hello! I have two rather lovely dragons at the moment, but have been keeping unusual species for years.
Things you need:
3 foot by 18″ wooden sided vivarium
10.0 desert bulb – I use Reptiglo, but Zoomed are highly reccommended
Heating – ceramics are best, you want one end at 110, the other 85
Timer – to control heat and light for day and night
Water bowl (some like to paddle, but weekly baths are good too!)
Food bowl
Somewhere dark to sleep (tunnel)
Flooring (not sand or gravel) I use astroturf, but many people use lino or tiles
Research: beardeddragon.org – look for Fresnowitte, she’s AMAZING
Looptroop – Musical Stampede [HQ]
