what can i use for a light for my sons bearded dragons cage?

I bought my son a bearded dragon for his b-day and the light burnt out in the cage?…i have a work light will it hurt the lizard…he is a baby.
ok and i dont get paid again till friday so its lust temporary.

I would suggest a Reptisun 5.0 or 8.0 fluorescent bulbs

How do I stop crickets in my bearded dragon’s cage from making noise?

The crickets won’t stop making noise.
I can’t sleep from it! I don’t have the guts to kill them..
do I have any options that involve not touching them?
i refuse to do that too.

yeah.. unfortuntely he’s not mine.
class pet.. and i took him for the winter break..
totally not knowing there were crickets in his tank.
i’m going to see if somebody else in my family is brave enough to remove them!
